Jeffrey joined our team at Jackson & Sands Engineering, Inc. in 2021, after graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering after just 4 years! Jeffrey enjoys taking on new challenges with every project. In Jeffrey’s free time, you can find him golfing or mountain biking in and around the Chico area.
