Frank Sands spent 6 years serving in the US Navy as an electronics technician. After Frank’s service, he earned a BS in Civil Engineering from CSU Chico with an emphasis in structures. Frank has worked in the engineering industry since 2006 and has developed his expertise in civil and structural design while also performing duties in land surveying and construction field inspections. Frank appreciates engineering solutions in timber designs as well as storm water management.
Frank enjoys spending time with family at home and in the outdoors, volunteering in his community and working on improving his processes.
